Therapeutic massage incorporates a variety of advanced modalities that enhance the body’s natural restorative functions. Light to firm touch is used to release tension, relax muscles, increase blood and lymph circulation, and impart a sense of calm.

Deep Tissue
An intensive massage modality using deep concentrated work that targets muscle tension to aid in recovery. Deep tissue massage is best for giving attention to certain painful, stiff "trouble spots" in your body. An herbal liniment application will sooth and repair fatigued muscles.

A deeply therapeutic treatment using the healing anti-inflammatory properties of organic hemp-derived CBD oil, this massage eases muscle and joint pain associated with arthritis, sprains & strains and post-workout soreness.

Full Body Dry Brushing
Experience a technique that has been used for centuries to gently exfoliate, detox & rejuvenate skin.
A full body dry brushing session includes the application of a cellulite smoothing liniment on target areas, these areas are then covered with warm towels to allow time for the liniment to take effect.
*liniment is composed of organic jojoba oil, organic juniper oil, organic grapefruit & lemongrass blend, organic arabic coffee extract & a blend of other nourishing and smoothing oils.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
The initial consultation includes an in depth health history & then time spent discussing your lifestyle, current challenges and what specific areas you feel need attention and transformation. At the end of the first session we’ll get started right away with creating behavioral goals to work on until our next meeting. I’ll provide you with the resources, tools, and education needed to set & reach your goals successfully.

PERSONAL NUTRITION COACHING
As we share ideas and work together during these sessions, we will discover the food and lifestyle choices that best support you.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness & I believe there are many things in life that feed us, such as relationships, physical activity, career & spirituality. We will cover all of these areas as well, as we set specific goals & build your path to a balanced & nourished life.

Shopping for the right products and properly stocking your pantry with clean, whole foods plays a huge part in creating a healthy diet and lifestyle. During this tour I'll help you learn how to get the most out of your weekly trip to the market.
